Camper bus, Trains and Easter egg hunt

We took Papa's RV up the Cajon pass to watch the trains go by and have a picnic lunch.  Rhys was in heaven.  They have 4 tracks within 100 yards, so we saw probably 6 trains go by.  We also perfected the art of getting coins smashed by the trains, and the fun in finding them when its all done.  I was a great way to spend an afternoon.

We set up an Easter egg hunt while we were there and in between trains. Rhys cought on to the concept pretty quick, although he is definitely not the fastest egg hunter.

Beckham manned the RV while we were out.

More San Clemente

I forgot to add these pics from our trip in San Clemente that I just love too much. The night Justin left for Costa Rica we headed to the beach to hang out as a fam with the Wards.  It was a gorgeous sunset and night.

Las Vegas

I got to go to /Vegas  without my kids!  It was awesome!  Next time it will be with my Hubby, but it was a lot of fun to go with my mom, dad, grandma and aunt.  We went to see Ka one night, shopped, got pedicures, ate over looking the golf course, went to Serendipity, and saw Garth Brooks at the Wynn. Garth is the best show in Vegas.  It was just him and a guitar. He is funny, can play anything, and sing anything. Tricia Yearwood joined him for a few songs which was amazing.  Such a refreshing weekend!

Lady Antebellum

After Disneyland, Sheri came back up to Rancho to drop off Miley at her Sister-in-laws house, while my mom watched my boys, so we could go to the Lady Antebellum concert at the Staples center!  It was so fun!  We stopped at In-N-Out on the way and had a great time at the concert!

The best part... when the OneRepublic singer joined them to sing their latest single The Good Life!

Disneyland

We went, of course, to Disneyland.  This was Rhys's last time free.  I turned out to be a crazy trip.  First, we were going to go with my family.  Then everyone bailed, but I still wanted to go.  I took my grandma to the Dr.s on our way, which means we had to leave really early.  Sheri was going to meet us there, and when I called her on the way, she got in an accident while I was talking to her! It was just a sideswipe in her driveway, but still, thats crazy.  She decided to come anyways, which was about the time I realized that I had forgotten our stroller.  Awesome.  Just the walk from Downtown Disney to the park took forever with a very excited 2 year old walking and carrying a 25 lb. 1 year old.  I thought I would rent a stroller when I got there, but didnt realize that the place to rent them is outside the park, until we were half way down main street.  Not to mention it was spring break, so the park was crazy packed. We waited for the Buzz Lightyear ride for 45 minutes at 10am, ridiculous.  Next, Sheri called when she got to the parking lot to say that Miley had just thrown up and now also needed a new shirt.  Luckily she seemed fine, so they would still be coming, but this was turning into a very eventful day.

We went on Small world, got corn dogs, took the train around the park, walked through main street again, and went home.  Not the best trip to the park, but still fun.  By the end, my arms felt like they were going to fall off, so Sheri let me use her stroller for Beckham. We were all very tired, and the boys slept the whole way home.
